Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 30g Butter
  • 250g ground Beef
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 3/4 litre Water
  • 1 veggie broth cube
  • 300g Spaghetti
  • 500g shredded Cheese

Preparation: 

  1. Preheat the oven. Use the butter for greasing the casserole dish and heat up some water.
  2. Cut the oinion into small squares and brown it with the ground beef in a pan. Spice it with some salt and pepper for taste and use a fork for seperating the ground beef a bit.
  3. Mix 1 veggie broth cube with the heated water in the casserole.
  4. Break the spaghettis in half and put them into a casserole dish. The pasta should bathing in the broth.
  5. Mix in the beef – onion mixture and cover the whole casserole with the cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes by 220 degrees in the oven.
  7. Take it out of the oven and enjoy.

Gazpacho / Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 250g Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • Salt, Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion, pepper, cucumber and garlic cloves in coarse pieces and the tomatoes in halfs.
  2. Place alle ingredients in a pot and mix them all together with a Mixer or Immersion blender.
  3. You can serve the Gazpacho with some persley and cucumber slices.
  4. If you prefer to eat the soup warm, you can heat it up for a few minutes.

Tomate & Mozzarella Bake (StudentenStyle)

Ingredients:

  • 3 big Beef Tomatoes
  • 1-2 normal sized Mozarella Balls
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamico Vinegar
  • Salt, Pepper
  • Casserole Dish

Preparation:

  1. Put a bit Olive Oil in a casserole dish.
  2. Cut the tomatoes and the mozarella in slices. Put the tomatoe slices first into the dish and then lay the mozarella slices on top of the tomatoes.
  3. Pour some Olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper over it.
  4. Bake the dish in the oven by 180 degrees Umluft for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Take the dish out of the oven, let it cool down and enjoy.

Honey-Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Vineagar (White Wine or Balsamico Bianco)
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • Salt, Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a high jar or glass until it turns into a creamy liquid.
  2. Fits perfectly with Salads. If you like it a bit fruity, you can use some orange juices aswell.
