Ingredients:
- 250g Tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cucumber
- Salt, Pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the onion, pepper, cucumber and garlic cloves in coarse pieces and the tomatoes in halfs.
- Place alle ingredients in a pot and mix them all together with a Mixer or Immersion blender.
- You can serve the Gazpacho with some persley and cucumber slices.
- If you prefer to eat the soup warm, you can heat it up for a few minutes.
