- 3 big Beef Tomatoes
- 1-2 normal sized Mozarella Balls
- Olive Oil
- Balsamico Vinegar
- Salt, Pepper
- Casserole Dish
- Put a bit Olive Oil in a casserole dish.
- Cut the tomatoes and the mozarella in slices. Put the tomatoe slices first into the dish and then lay the mozarella slices on top of the tomatoes.
- Pour some Olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper over it.
- Bake the dish in the oven by 180 degrees Umluft for 10-15 minutes.
- Take the dish out of the oven, let it cool down and enjoy.
