Gazpacho / Tomato Soup


  • 250g Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • Salt, Pepper


  1. Cut the onion, pepper, cucumber and garlic cloves in coarse pieces and the tomatoes in halfs.
  2. Place alle ingredients in a pot and mix them all together with a Mixer or Immersion blender.
  3. You can serve the Gazpacho with some persley and cucumber slices.
  4. If you prefer to eat the soup warm, you can heat it up for a few minutes.
