Tomate & Mozzarella Bake (StudentenStyle)


  • 3 big Beef Tomatoes
  • 1-2 normal sized Mozarella Balls
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamico Vinegar
  • Salt, Pepper
  • Casserole Dish


  1. Put a bit Olive Oil in a casserole dish.
  2. Cut the tomatoes and the mozarella in slices. Put the tomatoe slices first into the dish and then lay the mozarella slices on top of the tomatoes.
  3. Pour some Olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper over it.
  4. Bake the dish in the oven by 180 degrees Umluft for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Take the dish out of the oven, let it cool down and enjoy.
